1J50 Soft Magnetic Alloy
1J50 is a soft magnetic alloy, a high-saturation magnetic induction iron-nickel alloy containing 45-55% nickel. It exhibits relatively good initial permeability and a high saturation induction strength. The saturation induction value of 1J50 is approximately 1.55T, with an initial permeability of around 0.42 mHm. Among nickel-iron alloys, it has a high saturation induction value. High magnetic performance can be achieved through low-temperature annealing. After the final heat treatment, the alloy shows a clear cubic crystal structure, and its hysteresis loop is almost rectangular, with a remanence as high as 1.5T.
